Loving heart, loving hands, loving support...

If you have seen our Facebook page, you will see a "shout out" to Pam Collins from Keystone UMC. During our chef's (Chef Joe) absence, Pam has made it her mission to keep us supplied with much needed salads and desserts.

Meals are the primary conduit for our services - support such as Pam's allows us to continue to provide nourishment to those we serve.

Jesus said "Feed my sheep". We do that. Implicit in that charge is also to feed the heart, the soul, the mind and the spirit. Our guests are just that, guests - they are not numbers, transactions or units. We are God's people - it is our blessing to serve the community we do. When our guests come through our doors for a meal, many will also speak to Greg about recovery and getting into treatment, JoAnn re daily living needs and Rosie re clothes or hygiene products.

Thank you, Pam and so many others who allow us to live Jesus' charge each day we are open. We can't do it without you.

What do we need help with?

We get this question alot. It breaks down to 2 main areas: Ongoing support - this consists of supplies, volunteer hours/days and funding. Each are a critical component of our ability to be successful.
